Sivitanideios School of Arts and Crafts attends EMMIS seminars
A new seminar was delivered with great success at EMMIS premises, to participatings students of the last class of High school of Sivitanideios school of Arts and Crafts.
The seminar was titled “Transformers and other products for electrical supply and control” and was split into two parts: one theoretical and one practical.
In the theoretical part the following topics were presented and analyzed in detail:
Low voltage transformers: Operation, uses & applications, benefits, selection criteria, product presentation
Electrical supply and control products: Voltage stabilizers, insulation monitors, temperature monitors, multimeters & network analyzers, industrial earth leakage relays, current transformers.
In the second part of the seminar, the students monitored live thw whole production process of the low voltage transformers, from the delivery of raw materials to the quality control of the final items, which follows all the strict international standards and is certified annualy by the globally acknowledged certification body TÜV SÜD.
The EMMIS technical seminars is a part of the company’s policy to inform and educate the market, the electrical technicians and installers and the academic community.
With the completion of the seminar, all participants received a certificate of attendance.
